GoSUP offer SUP lessons and hire in Marazion & the surrounding area, SUP tours and Wing foil coaching & hire. Based in Marazion we are privileged to be able take our lessons and SUP tours around some of Cornwall's most stunning coastline's, so if you're looking for a Cornish SUP adventure, then get in touch. Water safety is always our main priority, our senior instructors and coaches have over 40 years experience of the surrounding coastline and conditions, so you can be assured you are in safe hands at all times. All of our Instructors / coaches are BSUPA & BKSA qualified and fully insured.
Based in Marazion, our lessons & hire primarily run from Marazion beach, however being mobile gives us flexibility to run lessons from a backup location in Penzance, which in turn will give you the best experience for SUP lessons.
Our instructors check the weather conditions continuously, monitoring the wind strength / direction and localised ground swell choosing the best possible location vs the days conditions for your activity, which in turn will aid your progression whether you are a total beginner or looking for more advanced coaching
Looking to rent a paddle board? Our paddleboard rental service is ideal if you don't have your own board or are on holiday but still want to paddle. We deliver your SUP to you free of charge, all checked and ready to go with the appropriate safety equipment, just jump on and have fun!!
Wing Foil Hire is also available for Marazion Beach, you can hire wing boards, Hand wings and Foils.
Hire
We personally paddle throughout the year, and if you would like to join us for some company / social, please feel free to contact us. If you don't have your own board we can hire you one for just £10. We regularly paddle the local area, from Marazion, St Michaels Mount, Mousehole Island, Perranuthnoe, Prussia Cove, Praa Sands, Hayle, Gwithian and beyond, usually spotting or accompanied by the odd seal and other marine life.

What we offer.
SUP Lessons
We offer BSUPA 'Ready to ride' lesson. SUP is relatively easy if taught in suitable conditions. Our BSUPA qualified instructors will teach you how to use the equipment (board & paddle), weather conditions, safety and much more. SUP is a super-accessible sport that gets you out on the ocean in no time. Lessons are usually taken at Marazion Beach or Abbey Basin (Penzance Harbour) as a back up location if the weather does not allow a beach session.. Please note that anyone under the age of 18 has to be accompanied by a parent or guardian involved in the activity.
SUP Tours
Our guided coastal tours will take you along some of the Westcountry's most stunning and dramatic coastline it has to offer.
Tours are suitable for novice to advanced level paddlers and are 2.5-3hrs. Tours are not suitable for total beginners/first time paddlers.
SUP Hire
Paddle board hire is simple, choose how many boards you want to hire, and how long you want the boards for. You get to use the amazing JP Australia 10'6", all-round paddle boards which will be delivered to your doorstep. Boards are checked and ready to go complete with buoyancy aid, just jump on and have fun!! Board hire is for 3hrs and either in the morning 9.30-12.30 or afternoon 1-4pm. Boards can also be hired on a daily or weekly basis. We deliver up to a 12 mile radius of Marazion. Some of the areas we deliver to are: Penzance, Perranuthnoe, Praa Sands, Hayle, Gwithain (St Ives Bay).
We offer full wing foil coaching for those starting their foiling journey or those that wish to improve their foiling. Our Wing Foil coach will either help you improve those sluggish areas of progression such as effective pumping onto the foil, gybing and tacking, switch stance and foot changing on foil and riding in waves.
Wingfoil coaching is suitable for those that can already wing surf competently on both tacks.
