Great Afternoon's SUP lesson and Team building with these nutters!!!, a bit of balance, fitness, fun and falling in, and of course the all important race to bring out that competitive streak in the PE staff from Humphry Davy School​. The weathers cooling down but we're hotting up with our SUP lessons throughout the winter in the shelter of Penzance Harbour.
