Super Summer of SUP

As the summer season closes we reflect on the amazing year we've had , although its not over yet!

We've had a great season teaching SUP lessons to locals and visitors and felt no greater reward than when you've all stood up and paddled even when you've told us you probably won't be able to! (Job satisfaction at it highest)

We've met some amazing people from all over the country and abroad and they cannot wait to get back out on the water and try out their new skills we've taught them.

This year our river tours have given us some stunning scenery and brought an even higher sense of calmness due to the tranquility of their inland locations. There is something about being on the water that makes you reset and connect with yourself, this is something you can't describe but only experience.

If that wasn't great enough we've been lucky to see pods of dolphins on our club paddles on both coasts amongst other wildlife, and even met the Marazion mermaid! We've paddled around St. Michaels Mount and take great delight in seeing peoples faces in complete awe at the beautiful sight of the back of the Mount and castle, something which you don't get to see unless you're on the water. We are so lucky to have our very own castle on our doorstep.

Our seasonal fitness sessions at Jubilee pool Penzance and the Lido in Hayle have been a great success and will continue again next year, updates will be posted on our website. Our weekly fitness sessions at UNA's indoor pool, Carbis Bay will continue throughout the winter and have been extremely popular.

We have paddled in locations from Gweek to Greece, Falmouth to Fuerteventura, exploring caves and hidden beaches in the crystal clear waters both home and away. We are always on the lookout for new paddle locations to be able to share with you, so stay tuned.

Even though the evenings are drawing in and the temperature has dropped we will still be running club paddles and giving lessons throughout the winter, its just a matter of dressing for the conditions .. so stay in touch.

We'll leave you with some images of our fantastic summer and hope to see you all on the water soon.
