Q. Will I get wet?

A. Absolutely, you are most likely to fall in at some point during your lesson, but don't let this put you off, as its all part of the learning curve. We do also get students to drop into the water, so that they can demonstrate being able to get back onto their board, as performing this task is an important part of safety.

Q. What fitness level do I need?

A. SUP is relatively easy, and we have delivered lessons to clients well into their 70's, but bear in mind it is a physical activity, so a certain amount of physical fitness is needed. A. 8yrs old, this is down to physical ability and is a guide

Q. If my child is too young can they sit on the board?

A. Unfortunately, we do not allow young children to sit on either parents or instructor board and this inhibits the lesson.

Q. How long is the lesson?

A. BSUPA Lessons are 2hrs.

BSUPA Lessons (Winter season) are 1.5hrs

SUP Taster session is 1hr.
